Creating opportunities in education
The British Council in Montenegro has been working in the education sector since its founding in 1994. Working with partners in the public and private sectors, as well as in civil society, the British Council promotes reforms, improves quality and enables access to high quality education while fostering greater cultural understanding between citizens of the UK and Montenegro.
Our recent focus in education has been on vocational education and training and building links between education and business. We did this through policy reform, skills training for teachers and policy makers, experience and knowledge sharing, curricula innovation, school links and student work.
