How can I register for Cambridge exams?
Follow these three essential steps to book your Cambridge exam and ensure your place in the upcoming session.

Step 1: Complete your exam registration online
The first step is to visit our exam registration platform where you can select your preferred level, city, and Cambridge exam registration date.
- Enter your details: Provide your personal information carefully.
- Confirmation: After submitting, you will receive an automatic "Application Summary" email. If you don't receive this email right after registering, please contact us.
- Deadline: If a session is missing from the list, the Cambridge exam registration deadline has passed or the test is already full.

- If you are a language school or preparation centre registering candidates for Cambridge English Qualifications, please contact us to request access to the preparation centre portal.
- Through the portal, you can register candidates, manage candidate details and complete group registrations. These tutorials will tell you more about how to upload candidates and edit/search them.
Step 2: Pay for your exam
- Online payment: Pay immediately via the registration portal using Visa or Mastercard.
- Bank transfer: If you need to pay by bank transfer, please request an invoice. Please make sure the candidate's name and the reference number generated by the online registration portal are mentioned in your request.
Crucial for bank transfers: Ensure the candidate’s name and your registration reference number are included in the transfer details. You will receive a "Summary and Payment" confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Crucial for language school or preparation centres: Payment can be completed via bank transfer or via pay by link option. Please follow this link to request an invoice to pay via bank transfer. If you wish to pay using your credit card, please contact us to request a pay-by-link. In case your candidates are to complete the payment by themselves, you are kindly asked to confirm in writing they have completed a preparation course at your school, so they can use your school’s discount. Your candidates can complete their payments only after you have registered them through the registration portal.
Step 3: Receive your exam confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, your Cambridge exam registration is complete.
- Confirmation of Entry (CoE): Two weeks before your paper-based exam, you will receive an official email containing your full schedule, venue addresses, and candidate number.
- Young Learners (YLE): Parents will receive a specific email with exam day schedule and regulations approximately two weeks before the exam.
Special Arrangements
- Submit a medical certificate (issued within the last two years) and a written request detailing your needs immediately after registering via email.
- All requests must be submitted before the deadline to ensure proper facilitation.
